please wait downstairs of the building if you are outside ring the doorbell 880 and we come to get you for your appointment. (do not use any stairs the doors are locked).

We still cannot accept walk-ins.

Star Laser will keep safety as priority for all their clients, despite the fact of some trying to pressure in a negative way. We increase our appointment capacity, but we follow strictly the safety measurements. Thank you 

We have to operate at a reduced capacity to maintain social distancing and safety measures, but we are excited to be resuming our services and finally be able to see you.


Here is some important information about your appointments: 

If you have booked your next appointment already, consider it tentatively scheduled. We were flooded by online bookings and are doing our best to keep them in place and re-arrange our schedule in a way that is safe per social distancing guidelines. We will be contacting you 24 hours before your appointment to confirm whether it's still standing or whether we have to move things around. (no call from our side means that your appointment is confirmed.)

If you have not booked your next appointment yet, please e-mail us and don't forget to include your phone number so we can find you a spot on the schedule. 

Please keep in mind that due to the high volume of requests we are processing these scheduling logistics to the best of our abilities and you might experience a delay in hearing back from us. We thank you for your patience and understanding and can't wait to see you again very soon! 

We also ask that you refrain from showing up if you have traveled anywhere or are showing any symptoms, and that you wear a mask for your appointment. Thank you for your collaboration in keeping our community safe during the gradual reopening.
